HOW TO GET STARTED WITH YOUR MPMP SERVICE

1. 

Contact Manulife Customer Contact Center (021) 2555 7777 (extension 1.1) or email Medical_Support@manulife.com

to initiate service. Then, Manulife Customer Contact Center will check your eligibility status for the MPMP service. Once confirmed, sign the consent forms to begin.

2. 
Submit all relevant medical documents for review, then a dedicated Case Doctor and Nurse are assigned to support you.


3. 

Your dedicated medical team evaluates and shares your medical information with the Clinical Research Team.


4. 

The Clinical Research Team assesses your case and consults Medix' network of top-tier local and global specialists for a multidisciplinary review.


5. 
Your dedicated medical team presents the expert recommendations and supports you in making the best treatment decisions.


 6. 

If needed, Medix may refer you to an appropriate local specialist or further testing to confirm your diagnosis is correct and your treatment plan is optimised.

 

7. 
Medix coordinates your care and provides ongoing support.
8. 
Service period is for a minimum of three months with the option to extend based on medical need. Track, manage, and communicate with your medical team via the Medix App.

How do I start using the service? 
Your Personal Medical Partner service is included in your Manulife insurance policy. To activate it, contact Manulife Customer Contact Center (021) 2555 7777 (extension 1.1) or email Medical_Support@manulife.comOnce your eligibility is confirmed, you’ll sign the consent forms and begin the service.

How is this service different from a second opinion service? 
Unlike a one-time second opinion, this service provides ongoing, multidisciplinary expert reviews and continuous support for at least three months, and up to a year or longer if needed. Through our patient-centric, expert-led, data-driven approach, we ensure that your diagnosis is correct and that your treatment plan remains the best possible option as your condition evolves.

Why is my diagnosis being reviewed?
A correct diagnosis is key to the right treatment. We conduct thorough assessments, including additional tests and consultations with our network of top global specialists and your treating doctor, ensuring you proceed with confidence.
